BESPOKE CONSULTATION WORKSHOPS: SUPPORTING DUTY OF CARE IN FOOTBALL AND SPORTING EXCELLENCE
‘Engine House’ provide tailored Consultation Workshops designed to enhance the ‘Duty of Care’ programmes delivered by Professional Football Clubs and Places of Sporting Excellence. These workshops are specifically crafted to support the development of young people, recognising the unique challenges and responsibilities faced within high-performance sporting environments.
Our approach is centred around our core values; Education, Empathy & Engagement, based on the main principle of ‘Safe Players on the Pitch, Safe Players on the Road’. With 23 years’ operational service, Engine House recognises & identifies current trends that benefit from road safety prevention work.
By integrating road safety education, we aim to broaden personal development and welfare. The workshops reinforce the importance of safety both in sporting contexts and in everyday life. The objective is to empower young athletes with the knowledge and skills necessary to make responsible decisions, promoting their well-being on and off the field.
